Tailored AssessmentsAt SPOT, tailored assessments identify your child's strengths (superpowers) and areas of concern. SPOT offers a range of assessments that can be tailored to your child's needs following an initial parent consultation. These include specific learning challenges, such as dyslexia, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), or autism, as well as exam accommodations.The SPOT clinic uses gold-standard assessments, and all reports are internationally recognized, which is useful if your child moves schools or countries. -
Supporting A Range Of Needs
Physiotherapy, Counseling, And MoreSPOT offers pediatric occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech and language therapy, counselling, clinical psychology services, and specialist teaching for children with autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, and dyscalculia.
SPOT also offers specialist support in the following areas:
- Teens - their psychology team aims to empower young adults and support their journey towards autonomy and self-acceptance.
- Executive Functioning training- focuses on working memory, flexible thinking, and self-control, which we use to plan, focus attention, manage emotions, and achieve goals.
- Sensory Integration - The team is trained in sensory integration and DIR Floortime to support your child’s sensory and regulatory needs.
- Feeding – for children experiencing difficulties with eating, such as picky eating, difficulty with different textures, and an overactive gag reflex.
- Babies - for babies with complex birth histories, prematurity, a high risk of cerebral palsy, other genetic conditions, or complex medical conditions to promote early development.

Group TherapyIn addition to individual therapy, SPOT offers group therapy sessions and holiday camps aimed at promoting child development and empowering children and teens in a fun, social setting.

- Preschool age: School Readiness, SPOT social groups, play pairings
- Primary age: Executive function, Gifted boys, Gifted girls, Handwriting, Resilience, Munch Bunch (feeding)
