Bringing together the cuisines of the Mediterranean for a one-of-a-kind menu on the eastern side of the Hong Kong Island is F.I.G.S Bistro – an acronym that references the regions of France, Italy, Greece, and Spain – so be sure to expect a parade of Mediterranean flavors in this day-to-night drinking and dining establishment.
Renowned chefs deliver an artfully curated menu where you can taste the likes of freshly made Italian pastas like the Truffle Ricotta Ravioli (HK$158), Greek-style dishes like slow-cooked Lamb Shank in Thyme and Oregano (HK$328), French delights like the Tuna Tartare on home-baked macarons (HK$148), and Spanish tapas like the Jamon Iberico & Cheese Croquetas (HK$128).
Each dish can pair with one of their creative cocktails or collection of wines. If you prefer to stay just for the drinks, stop by for their happy hour, enjoy the al-fresco vibe, and be sure to try the home-infused gin blended by the legendary Vincent Chue.
Save room for a sweet finale where crunchy Churros served with Gelato and Chocolate dip (HK$88) and a White Chocolate F.I.G.S Tart (HK$98) take center stage at this vibrant colorful space.
