ISLAND SHANGRI-LA: Halloween Best Dressed Contest In Admiralty
Costumes, Magic And HK$100,000 In PrizesLyra the Little Witch is your host for an afternoon of treat bags, a magic show, balloon twisting and face painting. The Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival 2026
October 29 - November 1, 2026Families who love food, set aside an afternoon by the harbour for this one. For four days, the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival fills the Central Harbourfront Event Space and Tamar Park with food and drink. Alongside the wine pavilions you'll find street snacks, dishes from chefs, sparkling teas and low-alcohol drinks, plus daytime activities and live music next to Victoria Harbour. The paths are flat, so strollers are easy to push. With kids, late Saturday afternoon works best: browse the stalls, then head home before the evening crowds arrive. Children under three get in free, and kids aged 3 to 12 pay the concession price.

The Discovery Bay Halloween Night Market
October 31 & November 1, 2026Get ready for a spooky weekend: the Discovery Bay Halloween Night Market and Sunday Market by Handmade Hong Kong is coming to DB Plaza! The weekend starts on Saturday with an evening Halloween market that runs until 9pm. On Sunday, a daytime market fills the same plaza. Around 90 local makers and small businesses will be selling handmade jewellery, candles, flowers, treats and more. For kids, there's face painting, henna, slime and bug-themed stalls. The markets take place alongside Discovery Bay's other Halloween events and the DB Fun Day, and some free ferry and bus rides to DB are available. You can go on one day or both.

You pick your colour right there, so you won't get a surprise from a blind box. Entry is free, and each huggable Juju Mega costs HK$620. Every one comes with a collectible tin, a poster and stickers. PEAK HALLOWEEN QUEST: Clues And Treats On The Peak
October 31 & November 1, 2026Get your trick-or-treat bags ready! The Peak Halloween Quest from FALCONE Peak is on Saturday, 31 October and Sunday, 1 November, and it's perfect for little monsters who like an adventure. Kids solve clues as they make their way around The Peak, stopping at each venue on the trail to pick up treats and surprises. The quest is booked separately from Black Sheep's other Halloween events, so you can do it by itself or add the Halloween Bambini Brunch at FALCONE Peak on the 31st.
