SANTA’S SECRET KINGDOM: Immersive Santa Experience
Private Sit-Down With Santa At Island Shangri-LaSanta’s Secret Kingdom is back for an 11th year at Island Shangri-La, and tickets are on sale from HK$648 a person. The 2026 story is The Enchanted Story Ceremony: a letter arrives at home, the children bring a wish-list letter, and elves lead a workshop hour of singing, crafts and games. Santa then calls the family by name for a private chat, a small gift and a photo. Dates are 28–29 November, 5–6, 11–13, 18–20 and 23–26 December. Slots run 9am–12pm and 1:30pm–5:30pm, 20 people a session, children under two free. This is the one to book now.

PACIFIC PLACE DREAMING OF CHRISTMAS: Storybook Santa + Admiralty
Big Bear, Little Bear And A Grotto That Sells Out In MinutesPacific Place and Starstreet Precinct become a living storybook called Dreaming of Christmas, from Friday 13 November 2026 to Sunday 3 January 2027. Big Bear and Little Bear spend Christmas Eve gathering fallen stars under a glowing moon, crossing a shimmering lake, a village of storybook rooftops and a starlit forest of otters, foxes, raccoons, rabbits and squirrels. A 3D-animated moon and a giant storybook let little ones step into the tale. Santa’s Grotto is the booking race: a photo session inside a cosy storybook rooftop library. Priority opens in stages for Black, Platinum and Gold members. Blue and higher open at 11am on Wednesday 11 November 2026. The Dreamer’s Workshop opens to everyone at 11am on Friday 13 November. Pre-members need at least HK$5,000 in eligible annual spending and a Blue upgrade before buying a Santa ticket. Every dollar from grotto tickets goes to Operation Santa Claus and St. James’ Settlement, with no admin cut. Installations are free to walk.

ISLAND SHANGRI-LA LOBBY MEET SANTA: Framed Photo And A Gift + Admiralty
A Short Lobby Visit With Santa, Separate From The Secret KingdomThis is the quicker Santa, not the hour-long Secret Kingdom. Meet Santa returns to the Island Shangri-La lobby from 5 to 26 December 2026. Each session includes a printed, framed photograph and a Santa gift to take home. Weekends and festive days run 10:00–20:30 at HK$398 for up to four guests. Weekdays run 11:00–19:30 at HK$358 for up to four. An extra gift set is HK$160. Tickets go on Shangri-La Boutique from 2 November, or buy on the spot in the lobby if a slot is free. Do the lobby visit if the Kingdom dates do not fit, or as a second, shorter hello. December 14 & 21, 2025- What: For a magical Santa experience in Hong Kong, head to Santa’s Grotto at the Bimbo Concept Playroom!
