This innovative and unique new program is part of the Sheraton Tung Chung’s Wellness offering with professional mermaid dance fitness instructors guiding children and adults alike through different movements in the pool. A trendy mermaid tail is given to each participant to help with those core-strengthening dolphin kicks as you learn to swirl and flip stylishly in the water.

Classes are available from 8:00pm to 10:00pm, last 45 minutes, and are suitable for those aged 4 and above. Class sizes are limited and based on a first come first serve basis.

The Mermaid Fitness Staycation package starts at HK$1,700 (+10% service charge) and includes 1 night in a Deluxe Room, HK$500 worth of dining credits at Yue, daily breakfast for two, and a 45-minute dance class for one. Additional participants are charged at HK$400 + 10%.
