Squid fishing season has begun! Grab the kiddos, pack your wine, and prepare to enjoy one of Hong Kong’s favorite evening pastimes during summer. The season of squid fishing goes from the end of April to early September. Harvesting is easy during this period and it peaks after the Dragon Boat Festival right towards the beginning of September because the squid has grown up during this period.
