Baby yoga classes are a fun, playful way to introduce yoga-inspired movement and stretches to parents and babies – so why not try it with instructor Jen Cooper at Little HK?
Follow Jen on Instagram and book your class here! Classes are at Baumhaus at 12.30pm on Tuesdays (non-mobile babies) and 12.30pm Fridays (mobile babies). Drop in HK$300 per session; flexible five class pass HK$1,200.
Classes are engaging, with yoga movements for babies and adults, English language songs and rhymes, sensory play, baby sign language songs and breathing techniques.
With a master’s in teaching and learning and 10 years’ in education, instructor Jen is a qualified infant massage and baby yoga instructor. She will introduce new ways to try to settle babies when they’re feeling restless, plus infant massage techniques to soothe common ailments such as trapped wind or teething pain. The baby sign language songs, meanwhile, provide new ways to engage our babies and introduce them to language skills.
Parents keen to learn new ways to play with baby while supporting their development will adore Little HK’s baby yoga class!
The benefits of baby yoga classes are huge, but the most important thing that they have to offer new parents is quality, fun time spent with baby.
Parents and babies looking for a fun, engaging experience.
Little HK also offers baby massage sessions at Baumhaus on Thursdays at 12.30pm, which can help calm your baby and improve their sleep.
