Workshops For Parenthood
Hong Kong’s Parent School offers educational classes and workshops designed to help parents handled the everyday challenges faced by their children. With classes that range from overcoming shyness to sex education for pre-teens, the school, founded by mothers with extensive knowledge of psychology, focuses on subjects that promote emotional health and wellbeing, providing a source for practical tips that bring in psychology theories and help parents power through the issues of today.

Trainers at the school have included Cheekay Chow Yuen, who has an MA in Social and Political Sciences from Cambridge University as well as a Master's in Psychology from Hong Kong Shue Yan University, and Leslie Leung, a community educator at Mother's Choice who holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Hong Kong Shue Yan University and a BSc in Nutrition from The University of British Columbia.
