Located off of Nathan Road in the middle of busy TST, Kowloon Park has plenty of green space to run around, plus varied activities to keep the kids entertained. There’s so much to see here…you can either set an itinerary and print out a map before you go, or just wander around and be pleasantly surprised by all that you find!

The highlights:

Playtime: There is a large playground area with all the usual equipment. Don’t miss the Discovery Playground as well, with a 3-story tower where little knights and princesses will love to play pretend.

Nature: Get your fill of animals and plants at the Chinese Garden, the Bird Lake (with 200 birds, including flamingos), the maze garden, the small aviary, and the many beautiful landscaped walkways throughout the park.

Swimming: Kowloon Park has both indoor and outdoor swimming. The fantastic outdoor pool area is huge, with multiple connected pools, waterfalls, islands, even lounge chairs! Click here for schedule.

Sunday Extras: Head to the Sculpture Park on Sundays from 2:30-4:30 for free Kung Fu and Lion Dance performances…they’re exceptional and a highlight of the excursion! Also on Sundays is the Art Fun Fair at The Loggia, a nice place to pick up painted pottery, stamps, and other little artsy trinkets for the kids.
