THE SCOOP: What To Expect At The Move For Life Summer Camps?
Different dance styles and creative classes taught by an expert team – no experience needed!
- Little Movers (ages 1-5 years) is a Multi Activity Camp: there’s free play, dance, sensory activities, stories, arts and crafts and games. Kids don’t need to have any dance experience as the focus is on fun– and Fridays always end with a disco!
- Move Monkeys (ages 6 and up) really learn how to move in Summer camp with K-pop and Hip Hop among the dance styles on the agenda. Themed weeks include Wicked, Taylor Swift, Inside Out, Jazz & Hip Hop. These classes will also cover yoga, acrobatic tricks, and some fabulous art projects.
- It’s Not Just Dance: Move For Life has been running camps in Hong Kong for eight years and while kids love the dancing, they also enjoy that they get to play, listen to stories, do arts and crafts projects and immerse themselves in sensory experiences.
- Flexible Dates: They also offer day-by-day booking of camps, so you are free to choose any days that work around your schedule.

Multi-Talented Performers
Move For Life runs amazing dance classes throughout the year – and their performers are the cutest you've ever seen! Little Movers (age 1-5 years) take part in Multi Dance classes so they can learn different abilities and get exposure to different dance styles. Move For Life have professional teachers in Jazz, Ballroom, Latin, Hip Hop and K-pop that have built their programs so that kids get the best from classes.
Move Monkeys (6 years and up) also do Multi-Dance until age 10 years then specialize in one or two areas of dance and dig deep into the fundamentals of that style, or styles.

Move For Life loves a good party – and they know it's hard to find places that are affordable and easy to work with.
Their studio is more than just a hub for kids' parties. With flexible rental options, they can accommodate a wide range of events, from corporate meetings and workshops to fitness classes and more.
