Yun Wellness is Island Shangri-La’s new wellness concept- a luxurious and nature-inspired urban oasis on the 8th floor of the newly renovated hotel, right in the heart of of Hong Kong.

Island Shangri-La is the first hotel to launch this type of wellness concept among their hotels – Yun Wellness aims to offer a holistic approach to wellness, which addresses the physical, emotional, and mental components of health. More specifically, Switzerland’s acclaimed Dr. Burgener medi-spa line will be available for the first time in Asia and will be using their high-performance active ingredients to offer the highest quality facials to men and women. There will also be a new wellness space dedicated to movement and mindfulness classes, from high-energy HIIT to resistance training, Pilates Reformer classes, Aerial Yoya, Singing Bowls and meditation.

A particular focus is placed on mothers and families, and signature treatments include the postpartum belly binding package – a patented treatment designed with Restoring Mums – as well as the ostheopatic treatments for pregnancy, infants and children, a comprehensive manual therapy that is particularly effective in treating musculoskeletal conditions for newborn through to toddlers.
