Standard Chartered Arts In The Park Hong Kong

Weekend Carnival & Two Parades!

2018 Nov 03

Standard Chartered Arts In The Park Hong Kong

Hong Kong’s largest outdoor youth arts festival and puppet parade – Standard Chartered Arts in the Park – is back! Dress up with your family and friends for a day filled with creativity and wonder! Fuelled by the boundless power of words, books take us on marvelous journeys, opening up exciting worlds of fantasy. This year, Arts in the Park is inspired by the compelling story of The Wizard of Oz.

Join and step into the creative whirlwind of a world that will be lit up by mesmerizing illuminated artworks, spectacular giant puppets, and an array of art stalls and stage performances. The two-day carnival is bound to be a weekend of extraordinary visual and sensory art experiences for all ages. In addition to free admission there will be two parades lined up:

Trailing in a circle from Lee Gardens One to Hysan and back, the Night Parade will take place on Nov 3 from 8:30pm to 9:30pm. If your calendar is booked for that night, fear not. The Grand Finale Parade, set to run from Victoria Park’s Central Lawn via Great George Street to East Point Road and back, will take place on Nov 4 from 3 to 4pm. Be there!

Outdoor music, parades, art stalls, and puppets … all in one location!
