InspirED was founded in 2018 by Rebecca Hegarty, a qualified Early Years Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in various educational settings in Hong Kong and Australia. Understanding the importance that domestic helpers in play in family life in Hong Kong, she started this company to give them essential tools. InspirED offers various Domestic Helper Training courses, such as Raising Self-Esteem in Young Children; Handling Misbehaviours; Communication with Young Children; Encouraging Literacy and Numeracy through Play; Sensory Activities in the Early Years, and more!
Christian Action has two service centers in Hong Kong for domestic helpers and a wide range of educational workshops, training, and interest classes are provided. The topics include financial literacy, language and computer lessons, and classes. Other courses include Employees Retraining Board (ERB), in-house training, self-enhancement courses, and vocational skills training programs to better their future.
The eight-hour Childcare Course course covers child development and play plus tips on how to respond to different stages in a child’s development: weaning, potty training, and teething.
The Paediatric Emergency First Aid course is also eight-hours and covers emergencies and includes CPR and basic first aid.

Enrich is one of the leading Hong Kong charities promoting the economic empowerment of migrant domestic workers. Enrich runs interactive workshops and activities at weekends and public holidays in the native languages of the helpers, which include Tagalog and Bahasa Indonesia.
The interactive workshops provide life-changing solutions and equip your helpers with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to escape miserable debt and plan for their future. You can sponsor your helper through the Enrich sponsorship program to ensure that she receives the necessary advice to keep her safe and in control of her finances. Various sponsorship packages are available, from an introductory counseling appointment to the full Enrich program, which comprises five financial, empowerment educational workshops and support.
YWCA hosts 2 wonderful classes for domestic helpers. Choose between the 'Introduction to First Aid + Child CPR' or the 'Cooking with Renu' classes. Learning first aid is an important skill that all of us should have, especially if you are a caregiver for children, and the lovely teachers at YWCA will give their students the perfect intro. Whereas Renu has been teaching cooking classes for domestic helpers for over a decade at YWCA. She brings a wealth of knowledge in many cuisines!

Andiappan Yoga Community is a is a section 88 registered non-profit under the IRO-HK, fully volunteer organization. Their humble mission is to share yoga with those who may not be able to afford yoga classes or those who may have special needs or circumstances.
