Picnic In The Park In Discovery Bay

Grab the family and head over to Discovery Bay for a fun-filled day of live music, dance entertainment, arts and crafts, and delicious food. The BIG Picnic is Hong Kong’s Biggest Community Music & Dance Festival. The multicultural community concert event is held on Discovery Bay’s Tai Pak beach including D-Deck & the main Plaza.

With the mission to encourage Hong Kong local and independent performers to showcase their art, dozens of live bands and performing groups will join this year’s line up, meaning that you can get your live music fix in Hong Kong! Partaking in the festival, you will make a difference as the festival donates a generous percentage of proceeds to selected Hong Kong-based charities.

Step straight off the Discovery Bay ferry, taxi, or bus to be greeted by the hustle & bustle of market stalls, the main plaza & dance stage and a selection of international culinary delights at D-Deck restaurants on the bay.

Delve deeper, and you’ll reach the beating heart of the festival on Tai Pak beach. Expect not only professional festival stages but also a big screen, a beach bar, multiple dining facilities, digital device charging stations, meeting points, beach volleyball and more.
