Following the highly successful South Island Art Days (SICD) over the past 5 years, the South Island Cultural District (SICD) is expecting over 5000 local and international art lovers to attend the event at “Hong Kong’s New Destination for Contemporary Art”.
It’s a great event for art lovers big and small, with the opportunity to attend exhibition openings, interact with local and international artists, experience contemporary art, dance and music performances!
The Art Day Program:
Performances and Artist Talks – upcoming young Hong Kong art performers and contemporary dancers will execute site-specific productions in different galleries throughout the day.
Outdoor Interactive Installations – around 10 local and international artists will install interactive pieces in the streets of Wong Chuk Hang, this way you can experience more art from various artists going from one space to another.
Guided Tours – join one of the guided tours of SICD led by the friendly staff, there will be 10 tours, all including the 4 spaces.
The event is entirely free with food and drinks included. Click here for more information.
