With Covid-19 still in full swing, many of us are unlikely to be hopping on a plane and going on summer vacation anytime soon. It’s not all doom and gloom, though! This is the perfect time to explore the Pearl of the Orient and re-discover all its charms—and the Hong Kong Tourism Board is here to help with a brand new digital guide to the city.
Titled “Hello Hong Kong”, the website is a one-stop platform complete with themed itineraries of things to do, staycation packages, and special offers at a variety of restaurants and attractions.
This is no run-of-the-mill city guide, either. Forget cookie-cutter suggestions you’ve seen a million times before—these thoughtful recommendations are geared towards specific interests. Foodies can select among different culinary experiences, for instance, while adventurous types can look into sportier selections. Accompanying the itineraries are insights from resident experts, too, from mixologists to food critics.
It's a convenient, all-in-one guide to the city!
Anyone looking to get out and about this summer without the "risky travel" bit.
The website's itineraries come with interactive maps for easy visualization.
