SAMPLE WINE AND DINE MENUES

Many high-end restaurants will offer wine pairing menus for a limited time during the Wine & Dine Festival, including:

• The Chef’s Table offers a 6-course wine pairing menu, including appetizers, soup, salad, two main dishes, and dessert. In addition to enjoying the succulent flavors of seafood, vegetables, and roast beef, each course is served with white wine, martinis, and other high-quality alcohol.
• The famous Japanese omakase restaurant, Izumi, pairs award-winning sakes like Dassai and its house cocktail Geisha, with Yellowtail Jalapeno Carpaccio, Champagne Lobster & Creamy Lobster Tempura, and other Japanese culinary creations.
• Wonderland by Dadong is a restaurant that fuses the famous Peking duck restaurant from Beijing, Da Dong, with Italian cuisine. Artistic dishes like Geoduck Clam Fillets with Fresh Pepper, Grilled Beef Filet with Goose Liver Sauce, and DaDong-style Roast Duck, are served with Chinese hard liquor and red wine from the West.
• Jamie’s Italian, managed by star chef Jamie Oliver, has put together an Italian menu that is paired with three different Italian wines. Dishes include the well-known Lobster Linguine.

GO BAR HOPPING:

Shuttle between four themed bars and sample wine, sparkling wine, and cocktails. Bars include the retro-themed Vintage Bar, Royal-Caribbean cruise exclusive Schooner Bar, the North Star Bar, which is surrounded by countless stars, and the futuristic Bionic Bar. Guests can also sip on limited-time specialty drinks, experiencing the ebb and flow of time from atop the waves.
