Camlux Hotel Opens In Kowloon
A Converted Heritage Hong Kong Factory Opening In April
We’ve got the scoop on a new industrial style hotel opening in Kowloon this April! The Camlux Hotel will be the first hotel in Kowloon Bay, the high potential district on the east side of Kowloon that is currently being redeveloped into an up-and-coming commercial and residential area. Camlux Hotel will be housed in a converted factory heritage space that features 185 contemporary guest rooms on six levels.
All guest rooms feature unique designs inspired by iconic house-ware products that have been used in the past decades, such as wall lamp shades reminiscent of practical and colorful vacuum flasks. The lobby floor also features a playful compilation of various materials that were used to manufacture the vacuum flasks, like brass, copper, stainless steel, glass, and colored plastics.
A casual and relaxing dining space, Café 15, located on the Ground Floor will be serving quality international fare for guests and locals to enjoy, from Continental breakfast, to set lunches, Happy Hour delights and an all-day menu. Yum!
