
Every Saturday from March to May, learn how to make delicious dim sum at the Michelin-starred, Cantonese cuisine, Ming’s Court restaurant.
Head Dim Sum Chef Tse Sun Fuk will be hosting lessons with step-by-step demonstrations on how to making some of Ming Court’s signature dim sums dishes! Highlights of April will be the egg yolk custard dumpling and the Vegan Omnipork Bun with pickled Chinese cabbage
Reservations for lessons can be made here, and they must be made at least 5 days in advance. Classes host 8 to 10 people and are priced at HK$488 per person. Also, you will be entitled to a dinner voucher valued at HK$300 and a signature Chicken Consommé, Matsutake Mushroom, Bamboo Pith, served in Glass Teapot, during your next visit to Ming Court!
In celebration Earth Day, April 22, there will be a special Vegan Dim Sum Making Class hosted in collaboration with Green Monday for the whole of earth month (April). In this class, you will be using plant-based meats to make classic, delicious dim sum dishes. A great cooking class for vegans!
