The acclaimed play, War Horse, which is based on its eponymous novel, is on tour and coming to Hong Kong. The story, set in World War I and written by the author Michael Morpurgo, tells the tale of a loving friendship between a boy and his horse. The boy’s father sells the horse to British cavalry as a part of the war effort and the boy is also sent to war. It’s a heartwrenchingly beautiful tale that is coming to life on stage.
Performed from the 10th-26th of May in 2019, the show will have an approximate running time of 2 hours and 45 minutes with an intermission separating.
