Summer Camp At Fairchild Junior Academy

Get ready for a summer packed full of exploration, imagination, and creation!  Fairchild Junior Academy is offering weeks of summer camp fun for kids 8 months to 6 years old. Choose between 2-, 3-, or 4-day camps at their location in Tin Hau.

Each week children will explore new themes through play-based activities as part of Fairchild’s Reggio Emilia inspired approach. Fairchild’s special afternoon camps offer children the opportunity to explore a range of activities including sports, music and movement, creative arts, cooking, science, and storytelling.

DATES + THEMES:

*  Week 1:  July 3 – 6, 2018

Theme:  From pilots to police, children explore their career passion through dress up, imagination, and roleplay

*  Week 2:  July 9 – 13, 2018

Theme:  Art & Creativity Jam Music making, cooking creations and painting experiments are all part of the fun as we explore our creativity with instruments, food, and recycled items.

*  Week 3:  July 16 – 20, 2018

Mega Construction Imagine, construct and create your own megastructures using a variety of creative arts and building materials

*  Week 4: July 23 – 27, 2018

Theme:  All About Animals Children explore the wonderful world of animals creating stories, puppets, songs and even meeting some furry friends (visit from Jurassic Garage animals)

*  Week 5:  July 30 – Aug 3, 2018

All Aboard! From Cars to Trains to Boats and Planes. Let’s have fun exploring all forms of transportation – MTR, trains, boats, airplanes… you name it!

*  Week 6:  Aug 6 -10, 2018

Ready, Steady, Grow! Hands-on experiences with soil, sand and water exploration in the garden.
