Farmer’s Market is one of Asia’s leading online butchers, trusted by consumers in Hong Kong and Singapore to provide the premium quality, 100% traceable farm fresh produce that they love. Traceability, customer service, and sustainability are emphasized above all in their approach—all products are carefully sourced from perfectly like-minded farms they trust to supply their customers with restaurant quality, ethically reared meat.
Farmer’s Market’s Beginnings
Emma Pike is a mother-of-two, an entrepreneur since the age of 15, and an Aussie now living in Singapore, having relocated after spending a few years living in Hong Kong. While living in Hong Kong, she noted the diminishing quality of meat and its increasing prices, and she was inspired to start a business that would solve this problem for consumers. In what would turn out to be a very successful attempt to provide households with opportunities to get restaurant-quality meat for an affordable price, she launched Farmer’s Market in Hong Kong in 2016.
Since its launch in 2016, Farmer’s Market has quickly grown into Hong Kong’s leading online butcher and in 2019 Emma opened Farmer’s Market Singapore.
Farmer’s Market Product Range
Farmer’s Market specializes 100% grass fed beef, sourced from farms on the Southern Coast of Australia and in New Zealand. Grass fed beef is leaner, tastier and higher in nutrients than intensively farmed beef and is completely free of hormones and antibiotics.
You’ll taste the difference in their grass-fed beef, award winning wagyu, versatile hormone-free chicken, sustainably farmed pork, Australian lamb and handmade sausages and can be confident that everything they sell is 100% traceable and naturally farmed.
Farmer’s Market New Zealand salmon is a best-seller and is imported weekly direct from NZ King Salmon who have farms scattered through the cool, deep waters of Marlborough’s pristine Pelorus and Queen Charlotte Sounds. Seafood lovers are also spoiled for choice with Farmer’s Market’s extensive choice of delicious, ocean-caught seafood.
