The 19th edition of Singapore HeritageFest (SHF) returns from May 2 to 29, 2022, and will offer more than 120 on-site and online heritage experiences to celebrate lesser-known stories and narratives of our unique Singapore culture. This year, it also commemorates many of Singapore’s vibrant heritage, including the 75th anniversary of Singapore Airlines, and 50th birthday of the Merlion statue.
The island-wide exploration of Singapore’s travel history and natural heritage features a huge line-up for festival-goers to enjoy. Highlights include exploration of Singapore’s scenic natural landscape like Lower Khatib Bongsu or urban farms Bee Amazed Garden and Insectta. Nature lovers and even city dwellers will enjoy programs like Blue Pea Wonder Workshop or the tour of Fort Canning Park’s Spice Garden.
If you manage to snag tickets, you can take a behind-the-scenes tour at our iconic landmarks like Fullerton Hotel and Goodwood Park Hotel. Based on past responses, these tickets are sold out fast! The Singapore Aviation Academy is also opening its doors to the public for the first time for participants to learn more about the academy and discover what it takes to be an air controller.
Programs will open for registration from April 21, 2022. For a full list of programs and registration, click here.
