Have you started the school tour circuit in Hong Kong? If you are not sure where to start or what questions to ask, this checklist has you sorted! Basic guidelines and tips are useful when it comes to choosing a pre-school and ranking a kindergarten. Don’t just enroll your child solely on location. Don’t solely take the word of friends and relatives. Make a visit on your own and decide for yourself.

8. What type of discipline guidelines do they have?
9. Is the room safe and child friendly?
10. Are the toys and books on a low shelf?
11. Are there field trips?
12. Is there a music and/or art program?
13. What is the literacy and numeracy program?
14. Write down other questions that might be important to your individual child and family.
