Cleanse and pose! Pure Yoga has teamed up with budding Hong Kong-based wellness and nutrition company Punch Detox to bring you a fantastic 3-day yoga and juice cleanse program aimed at cleansing, calming, stretching, and replenishing our oft-weary bodies and souls.
Led by much-beloved Hong Kong yoga celebs Patrick Creelman and Rinat Perlman, the program features Pranayama, meditation, and asana yoga practices specifically designed to complement the transformative effects of Punch Detox’s super tasty juice blends.
