Mindfulness has gone mainstream as it has been shown to play an essential role in healthy living and overall wellbeing. Mira Christanto has been practicing meditation for more than a decade, having found that it was an effective way to combat the stresses of the corporate world. Now, she launches Enhale Meditation Studio, a new space in Central featuring specialist classes and day-long workshops centered around meditation. There will also be sound baths and even 30-minute lunchtime sessions that will provide a perfect introduction – and hopefully ongoing opportunity – for the busy office worker to carve out a half-hour of calm in the middle of their day.
Meditation helps to alleviate stress and anxiety and to energise the body and elevate mood. It can also help enhance creativity and strengthen people’s ability to deal with life’s challenges.
Both drop-in and membership access is available. Classes can be purchased as part of a credit-based membership, or on a class-by-class basis.
Enhale Meditation Studio offers a broad range of classes from early morning until late evening, seven days a week.
