Perfect for families and budding young archaeologists, this immersive experience brings the land of the pharaohs to life, showcasing the grandeur and significance of this civilization and the mysteries of intricate archaeological treasures.
Ancient Egypt, a civilization that flourished along the Nile River over 7,000 years ago, continues to captivate the imaginations of people of all ages.
The exhibition spans 5,000 years of history, offering a rare glimpse into the political, artistic, and spiritual accomplishments of Ancient Egypt. Kids and adults alike will marvel at 250 precious artifacts on loan from seven major Egyptian museums, including new archaeological discoveries from the Saqqara region near Cairo.
Organized into four exciting sections, the exhibition promises an unforgettable journey:
- The Land of Pharaohs: Explore the lives of the kings and queens who built the iconic pyramids and ruled Egypt with divine authority.
- The World of Tutankhamun: Dive into the life and legacy of the boy king and uncover stories about his family and era.
- The Secrets of Saqqara: Be amazed by the latest discoveries from this ancient burial ground, including fascinating insights into Egypt’s sacred animals and funerary practices.
- Ancient Egypt and the World: Learn how Egypt’s culture and trade influenced – and were influenced by – other great civilizations.
