Examples of dishes that have been taught in the past include Babaganoush, Greek salad, falafel, hummus with meat and pine nuts, dates cake, chicken meshoui (grilled chicken) with aromatic basmati rice, maqlouba (meat, rice, and vegetables cooked in a pot and then turned upside down), chicken musakkhan (spiced chicken wraps), baklava, samkeh harrah (spicy fish), eggplant fatteh, and more. In a relaxed, homely atmosphere, you’ll watch step by step as Alia works her magic, bringing a sophisticated simplicity to crave-worthy dishes, while teaching you how to recreate the tastes in your own home.
