Zumba Kids courses are rockin’, high-energy dance parties packed with kid-friendly routines, while the Les Mills BORN TO MOVE program is among the first to be offered in Hong Kong. Kids from 2-16 will enjoy having fun in the well rounded fitness class that combines Dance, Martial Arts, Yoga and Games.
