HYROX features a world-standardized indoor fitness race consisting of 1km runs alternated with the following 8 functional workout stations:
Each participant completes a total of 8km running paired with 8 workout challenges for a full-body endurance test. Plus, the Adaptive category, launched last year to enable inclusivity for athletes with permanent functional impairments, is gaining momentum, with 20+ athletes already registered for 2026.
