Taking its name from the active volcano, Mount Etna, in Sicily, the restaurant focuses on the fresh produce grown from the volcano’s surrounding fertile soils. Led by award-winning Chef Rene Michelena, you can look forward to regional Italian flavors expertly combined with contemporary touches of Asian ingredients – for tastes that are as diverse as our city!

By day, Etna is a welcoming family-spot, while by night, it evolves into a buzzing bistro – ideal for a laid-back date night or a night out with friends! The warm, indoor dining room, covered in soft pastels, is the perfect place to delight in their fresh pasta and seasonal dishes such as the 24-carat gold saffron risotto.
