New Multi-Sensory Dining Experience In Sai Ying Pun

Melody-New-Restaurant-Hong-Kong

Hot off the press! From mid-October, embrace a new kind of dining experience where music, entertainment, and hospitality with soul will be at the core of Melody in Sai Ying Pun. Taking over the amazing space where Potato Head used to be, Melody is made up of 5 rooms – a kitchen, dining room, music room, bar lounge, and garden.

Elevated and modern European seasonal dishes will be crafted by popular chef, Jamie Draper. Delight in smaller plates such as Iberico Pluma Skewers or Tempura Courgettes with anchovy and lemon at the bar lounge or garden room. If you’re interested in something heartier, then try the Fried Pig’s Head Terrine which showcases the chef’s culinary skills on lesser-known cuts.

Those who prefer to opt away from meat will be happy to know that there is a good selection of vegetable dishes such as the Maple Roasted Butternut Squash or Roasted Eggplant Esabeche.

Along with delicious dishes, eclectic music and beats will play a pivotal role in your dining experience. Dinner and late-night drinks will be accompanied by world class DJs and performances while afternoon cocktails will fuse in perfect harmony with Balearic beats. If that isn’t enough to take the edge off, try the classic and seasonal cocktails with creative twists or a delicious dessert.

Rock and roll over to Melody where you will be serving all your senses with contemporary design, exceptional music, outstanding dishes, curated wines, cocktails, and more!
