  • The Cecilian Singers: Joy Around The World

    Ticket Proceeds Go To Charity
    • What: Founded in 1962, the Cecilian Singers is a diverse mixed choir in Hong Kong, known for its rich repertoire ranging from madrigals and world music to Mozart, performed in both a cappella harmonies and accompanied pieces. This year, they will proudly support the Music Children Foundation (MCF). Founded in 2013, MCF is dedicated to providing free music education to underprivileged children aged 16 or below in Hong Kong. Titled ‘Joy Around the World’, this festive concert promises an exciting journey through global holiday music. Audiences will be transported from the Huron region of the chilly Canadian North to the rich harmonies of an African-American spiritual, and from Norway to Normandy, as well as Spain to Salzburg. The program also pays tribute to Handel and celebrates the 80th birthday of Sir John Rutter. Classic Christmas carols will be included for a sing-along.All proceeds from the concert will be donated to charity. Tickets are in high demand, so be sure to secure yours soon!

    • What: This December, the Society for the Promotion of Hospice Care (SPHC) warmly invites you to the “Light Up a Life Christmas Carol Concert” at St. John’s Cathedral, Central, on 2nd December 2025 at 7:15 PM. This special event celebrates life, honours the memory of loved ones, and raises funds for SPHC’s Subsidy Bed Scheme, which provides palliative care and bereavement support to terminal patients and their families. A highlight of the evening will be the lighting of the “Tree of Life,” a poignant symbol of remembrance and hope, adorned with heartfelt messages.     Festive Cocktail, Carols Concert & After-Party All In The Name Of Charity
    • What: Maggie’s Carol Concert, formerly known as “The Fayre of St. John's,” is a signature charity event for Maggie’s Centre, celebrating the festive season while raising funds for free cancer services. The evening kicks off with a welcome drink, followed by a traditional Christmas concert at St. John's Cathedral featuring a series of carols, festive readings, and live performances. The celebration continues with an after-party and charity auction at Cardinal Point. All proceeds from the event will support the holistic cancer care services offered at Maggie’s Centre, a registered charity in Hong Kong that provides welcoming, light-filled spaces for individuals affected by cancer and their families, all free of charge.
