The only camp in Switzerland operating 10 months of the year, international ski camp Les Elfes has been teaching children how to master the snowplough and more since 1987.
So, what are the details you need to know? First up, the Les Elfes Ski Camp runs every Saturday from December 13, 2025 to April 25, 2026. Children can stay from one week to four weeks and are welcomed from 6-17 years old. There is also an option to join as a day camper, too.
Safety is their key priority and they offer 24/7 supervision with a night guard and nurse on campus at all times.

The Les Elfes camp holds the award for being the best children's camp in Switzerland. Here, campers can rent ski or snowboard equipment on campus directly on arrival. They also offer a video service to show progress of the child over the course of the camp.
There's a private high-altitude mountain restaurant for campers to eat a warm meal at lunchtime, while kids will also love the prize-giving and certificates at the end of the session!
Frequented by royalty and celebrities and consistently voted as the best ski resort in Switzerland, Verbier boasts 410m of slopes and has more than 100 lifts to get visitors up and down the mountains, with snow guaranteed from early December to the end of April.
Your child's ski and snowboard progress is guaranteed with easy blue slopes starting at 1,500m high and yellow back-country slopes going as high as 3,000m high. Private buses take the children to the ski slopes every day, and it's just a 3-minute bus ride.
Mix it up with European languages! There's the possibility to replace the six hours of skiing per day with a three-hour language lesson. Choose from French, English, Spanish, or German. Afternoon and evening activities, meanwhile, include ice skating, torchlight walks, and cozy campfires where kids can chat to their new friends.
Beyond ski tuition, there are optional weekly excursions to Switzerland's key cities and villages including Lausanne (Olympic museum), Bern (Communication museum), Fribourg (chocolate factory) and Zermatt (Matterhorn views). Kids can even travel to France – specifically Chamonix or Evian – or Aosta in Italy.
