Visiting Petrosains, The Discovery Centre In KL With Kids

Two thumbs up for Petrosains, The Discovery Centre for turning everything about space, chemistry, dinosaurs and petroleum, into something exciting and fun for inquisitive little minds. It is easy to spend a few hours here engaged with all sorts of hand-on exhibits. Kids will be pressing buttons and pulling on levers to explore, learn and discover!

Your excursion begins with a ride on the very cool Dark Ride- little pods, that transport you through an introductory video on Malaysia’s rainforests and to your first exhibit. Wander through displays that include kiddy-sized ride-on diggers, Geotime Diorama (with a roaring T-Rex), and a speed zone, where little ones can create Lego cars and race them on a track. Mommies and kids will appreciate a breather at the soft play area before you have a go at more simulators, interactive computer games, a formula one car experience and a 3D movie. You will exit on the Dark Ride back out into the glamorous KLCC shopping center, which only means more shopping for mommy.
