LinDees Playland Opens In Kuala Lumpur

Calling itself an integrated space for play, work and eat, LinDees certainly stands out from the crowd in the children’s indoor playground category thanks to its brilliant combination of an indoor play area with a cafe and a working space for grown-ups upstairs. Doing away with the usual colorful plastic slides and ball pits, the owners have come up with an original and Malaysian-inspired interior bound to keep restless kids enthralled.

Located at the Hartamas Shopping Center, LinDees’s uniqueness lies in its surprising interior and Malaysian monikers given to the various spaces such as the wooden kampung house structure named Ceria House where kids can play dress-up with the many cute costumes made available. LinDees almost feels like a huge kindergarten cum play space with many stations to keep tiny tots busy such as the Manja Nest (Baby Sensory), Seni Station (Arts & Crafts), Tanah Discovery (Obstacle Playground), Laman Green (Gardening) and more.

Within the same space sits Nom Nom Land where adults and kids can indulge in delightful offerings of local and Western fare, pizzas, pasta, burgers, sandwiches, as well as coffee and ice cream by Cold Stone Creamery. A staircase by the cafe leads you upstairs to the Kerjasama Deck where private pods, hot desks, two meeting rooms, and WIFI are available for working parents who need some quiet time to work, and yet keep an eye on their little ones downstairs.

LinDees prides itself with the many well thought out facilities available for parents including the nursing room, locker rentals, high-security system, office supply and photocopy services, and private function rooms for parties and celebrations. Additionally, they also conduct regular workshops daily for kids. Entry fees start from RM34 on weekdays and RM39 on weekends for toddlers, while kids from 2-12 years are charged RM37 on weekdays and RM42 on weekends. Adults will have to pay RM9 for entry, and both parents and kids are required to wear socks on the premises.
