A secret space tucked away within the Perdana Botanical Garden, this is one of the world’s largest butterfly parks.
More than 80,000 square feet in size, the Kuala Lumpur Butterfly Park has over over 5,000 varieties of butterflies, exotic plants and ferns that will enchant you and your kids. Also within this park are Japanese koi fish, fresh water turtles, live insects and a museum with a large collection of butterflies and insects from around the world.
There are quite a few stairs that lead up to the park, so you may want to carry your little ones before heading there! The park is open daily from 9am to 6pm.
Once you’ve finished looking at the dancing butterflies, you can discover the beautiful plants at the Botanical Garden.
Absolutely everyone! This park will captivate both adults and children.
A presenter in a show on the Discovery Channel recently commented that “of all the butterfly parks in the world, none can compare with this one”.
