Wellness entrepreneur Ifat Kafry Hindes has done it again! With wellness always on her mind, her latest venture is The Wellness Cooking School where she offers cooking classes designed to help everyone cook from scratch with real, non-processed foods for healthier living.
The classes are constructed to show just how convenient it can be to make healthy, nutritious and delish foods. Regardless of how much cooking experience you have, you will be able to prepare healthy foods that taste good without taking too much of a bite out of your day.
What she offers:
1. Wellness Cooking 4 Kiddies: Kids gets to experience hands on from ages 3 and up. They learn basic skills, enjoyment of eating and preparing with real ingredients as well as a little bit about the foods and why they are good for you!
2. Birthday Party Packages: Customised birthday party packages are available! Let’s get cooking.
3. Privately Arranged Cooking Classes: These are available on request, completely tailored to your needs.
Children can get on board and learn from an early age the real food that is healthy and nutritious, not to mention tasty, while also gaining enjoyment from its preparation.
Children's classes are available for kids aged four and up, while adult classes are aimed at all.
Adult classes take place in Central's Green Common Kind kitchen on Wednesdays from 11.45am for one hour, with kids classes coming soon. Further classes take place in Sai Kung on Saturdays with kids classes at 12.30 for one hour and adult classes at 1.45 for one hour. Private classes are also available.
