Lunar New Year is the ultimate holiday in Hong Kong, and watching the annual, marvelous firework display is the ultimate way to celebrate it. The city really does pull out all the stops to celebrate this festive and traditional holiday. The flashy 25-minute show will take place on February 6th at 8 pm and is a perfect way to immerse the kids in the city’s culture.
This iconic celebratory display is one to take seriously though. The city tends to be lined up with large crowds of people in any location that the fireworks can be viewed. Make sure to plan out the night for a nearby dinner and be sure to spare time to make it to your viewing spot before it’s taken. Trust us, it happens. To help you out, Little Steps has created a list of neat spots where you can catch the works!
