Write A Beautiful Life Event At Cityplaza In Hong Kong

Remember that wonderful feeling of learning to write in school, developing your own creative expression through simple words? The Hong Kong eslite bookstore and Cityplaza is collaborating to tribute the nostalgia of handwriting as an art form, a means of expression with a new event: ‘Write a Beautiful Life | LIVE HAPPY’. The event is a combination of exhibitions, pop-up store, and workshops will be hosted from April 28 to May 30 at Centre Bridge, 2/F, Cityplaza.

There will be an exclusive exhibition of the world’s oldest and smallest pencils, along with other pencil-made installation art piece. Moreover, the oldest existing pencil, which is over 300 years old, will be exhibiting at the eslite exhibition, providing a window to look back at the past when the beginning of pencil writing began.

The writing hall also features interactive experiences such as areas for pen testing and children-only zones, enhancing the fun in writing. Featuring 40 stationery brands with over 3,500 products ranging from pens, paper, ink and art supplies, visitors are welcome to shop freely at the ‘writing shop’ with Hong Kong’s most complete stationery stockpile.

In addition, over 40 writing workshops will be held during the exhibition, giving participants a taste of everything from Chinese and Western calligraphy, Zentangle. In the design of a cozy study, the eslite Experience Pavilion allows you to engage in different exciting activities such as creating your own postcards, specially designed by the masters.
