From 19 to 22 June 2025, Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong will host an exclusive culinary pop-up featuring Chef Daniele Cason of The Pizza Bar on 38th, Tokyo – ranked the #1 pizza in Asia Pacific by 50 Top Pizza for three consecutive years and one of the most sought-after reservations in Japan – we tried, and failed to get a booking!

For just four days, guests in Hong Kong can experience Chef Cason’s renowned Roman-style pizza “alla pala” without traveling to Tokyo. Served in an intimate chef’s table setting with a custom-built pizza oven, the 7-course degustation menu highlights his signature 48-hour fermented dough and seasonal ingredients of the highest quality.

Menu highlights include Wagyu Beef with Eggplant and Black Lemon, Baby Corn and Warayaki Tuna, and a sweet finish with Fior di Latte, lemon jam, and Okinawa mango.
