Good news, foodies! Black Sheep Restaurants’ vibrant pop-up, Peng Leng Jeng, is sticking around longer than expected. Originally slated to close on August 31, the playful, neon-lit spot on Staunton Street will now run until the end of the year, giving you even more time to dive into its nostalgic charm and fiery flavors.
Designed for lively group dining, the space recreates the charm of classic streetside stalls with an elevated twist—think communal tables, nostalgic details, and the unmistakable buzz of a great night out. Expect rounds of classic Hong Kong drinking games, a soundtrack of throwback Cantopop, and a menu built for sharing and celebrating.
Highlights include typhoon shelter corn (HK$98), salt & pepper squid (HK$168), crispy oyster omelette (HK$168), pork lard rice (HK$38), wok-fried beef & potato (HK$218) with black pepper and honey sauce, black bean & chilli clams (HK$218), and crispy pork ribs with mayonnaise (HK$168). And of course, no feast is complete without Peng Leng Jeng’s take on Hong Kong’s iconic stir-fry king (HK$138).
With custom high-heat burners delivering true wok hei it’s the ultimate spot for those craving fast, fiery food and unforgettable vibes. Follow their shenanigans on Instagram.
