February highlights at Pirata Group:

• FREE free-flowing drinks during brunches throughout February at Tokyolima, Chaiwala, The Optimist, Pirata, TMK Punk & Rolls, and TMK Rap & Rolls. This special offer is in celebration of guests conquering Dry January and allows them to enjoy two hours of complimentary beverages from the Classic Free-Flow packages.
• Every Wednesday, The Optimist hosts the Oyster Extravaganza, where guests can dive into a Northern Spanish oyster feast. For HK$488, relish in a 90-minute free-flow of ocean treasures and savor a full menu featuring delightful dishes such as Pan Con Tomate with Jamon, Truffle Huevos Rotos, Octopus Croquetas, and King Prawns Al Ajillo. The culinary journey continues with tantalizing mains, including braised beef cheek, chargrilled Iberian pluma, and the signature Juicy Lobster rice for two. The evening concludes with Churros and Crema Catalana adorned with popping wild berries.
• Honjo’s monthly Jazz Night on February 8 offers guests a magical evening of live jazz music and exquisite cuisine. Attendees can immerse themselves in the soothing tunes of jazz musicians while enjoying a four-course feast prepared by Executive Chef Stephan Joubert and his talented culinary team. Priced at HKD780 per person, the menu features 10 dishes designed for sharing, a live sake station, and more.
• Honjokko presents its Washoku Menu – Sushi & Steak Nights, offering a unique twist on ‘surf and turf.’ Every Monday and Tuesday in February, guests can savor the finest sushi and sizzling steak in a lively setting. For HK$498 per person, diners can indulge in a delectable dining experience, starting with chilled spinach in sesame sauce, agedashi tofu in ginger broth, miso soup, and edamame. The culinary journey continues with Executive Chef Kyle Lee’s sashimi, nigiri, and spicy tuna crunch maki. Guests can choose between Wagyu striploin M1 200g or beef tenderloin 200g as their main course, with the option to upgrade to marble Wagyu A4 ribeye for an additional HK$248 per person.
• La Favorita hosts Opera Night, a new Saturday evening event featuring Elia Astorino, an Italian-born opera singer. Guests can indulge in a specially-curated tasting menu by Chef Filippo Bencini, starting from HK$580 per person. The menu includes dishes such as vitello tonnato, marinated salmon carpaccio, rigatoni all’amatriciana, Mediterranean-style cod fish, and eggplant parmigiana in tomato sauce. To enhance the dining experience, guests can opt for Italian wine pairing for an additional HK$268 per person. Performances by Elia Astorino are scheduled at 7:00-7:25pm and 8:00-8:25pm.
