Fluttering above the harbor lies an amazing new art piece called River Of Light. Come down to the waterfront to escape into the art piece by Patrick Shearn of Poetic Kinetics. River of Light is the final act of ‘transFORM’ and is comprised of over 45,000 multicolored streamers and a light-reflecting band that symbolizes a river. The river connects the past, present, and future of Hong Kong with the life, growth, and possibility of water.
