Feather And Bone Is Delivering Sunday Roast In Hong Kong
Order A Roast With All The Sides Any Day Of The Week!
Sunday Roasts can now be delivered by one of Hong Kong’s favorite local butchers, Feather and Bone. They have been offering some of the best meat in Hong Kong for the past 5 years, and now they’re making dinner time even easier and tastier. You can order the full hot’ Sunday’ Roast any day of the week (five days lead time on all orders)! Choose a ‘bundle’ option to try their recommended full roast with all the sides and trimmings, alternatively build your own ‘bundle’ by selecting non-bundle roast meats and adding on your own sides, sauces and desserts.
How To Order:
Step 1: Simply make your selection, a bundle roast, or a roast on its own.
Step 2: Choose your sides and / or salads.
Step 3: Pick your accompaniments and / or sauces.
Step 4: Indulgent desserts (from HK$138) available to top the meal
Step 5: Choose a cheese (who doesn’t love cheese!)
Step 6: Pick a wine to go with that roast!
The roasts will feed between 4-8 people depending on your choice and come with all the sides, sauces and extras you desire. The sides can be as naughty or nice as you wish. All you need to do is choose from chicken, Porchetta or wagyu or ribeye beef.
Choices include the traditional beef fat roasted potatoes, butter parsnips with brandied raisins, and marsala or creamy mash. If you want a cleaner, healthier side, options include a leaf salad with maple dressing, house slaw or radicchio & orange with candied pecans. As if that didn’t sound tasty enough the Sunday Roast bundle also comes with Yorkshire puddings, stuffing & sauce.
If you are not drooling over all the yumminess, why not think about dessert, cheese and wine that can be added to your bundle.
Those feeling adventurous can also opt for a Build-Your-Own-Roast dinner (from HK$1400). A wide selection of meaty mains to become available at the end of the month, as well as a feast from the sea!
