Teemtone Fai Opens First Flagship Store In Sheung Wan

Local playful ice cream brand, Teemtone Fai, will soft-open its first flagship store on Upper Lascar Row in Sheung Wan on August 21, 2026! After a decade of vibrant pop-ups and collaborations with legendary brands like Gucci and Louis Vuitton, founder Thomas Fung brings his signature whimsical designs and real-ingredient flavors to a permanent space. This exciting new spot will feature Chinese teas, locally inspired Hong Kong ingredients, and plenty of family-friendly fun.
TEEMTONEfai has always stood out for bold visuals and talkable treats: think corn-cob-shaped ice cream and soap-bar sorbets! The new Sheung Wan store keeps that playful spirit alive with deep brown wooden walls, industrial metal details, and a striking custom 3D wall dragon that instantly becomes the perfect photo backdrop. The space blends 1980s Hong Kong nostalgia with clean modern lines, making every visit feel like a mini adventure.
To celebrate ten years, Thomas created a fresh menu that weaves Chinese heritage and local favourites into smooth, additive-free ice cream and sorbets. New Tea Series options include Lychee Bi Luo Chun, Caramel Apple Da Hong Pao and White Peach Oolong. The Sichuan Spice & Wellness Series features Sea Salt Green Sichuan Pepper, Da Hong Pao Sichuan Pepper Black Sesame and Red Date & Purple Rice. Specialty sorbets bring Lemon Licorice Ginger Tea, Watercress Honey & Young Coconut and Wild Berry Bell Pepper. Classic favourites such as Pistachio, Lotus Biscoff, Chocolate Brownie, Ginger Tofu Pudding and Mango Sticky Rice remain ready for little ones who prefer familiar tastes.
