Hot off the press! Rise by Classified is a new artisan bakery and café officially opening its doors on December 21, 2020, at Exchange Square Podium, Central.
Rise, an extension of Classified, a long-standing favorite in Hong Kong’s dining scene, provides its customers with a lighter option for casual diners with a selection of pastries, freshly baked every day using the best ingredients.
Finding your bakery fix at Rise by Classified is easy. Whether you are craving the classics, like croissants and pain au chocolate to an ever-changing array of daily specials, there is something for everyone! Aside from the scrumptious baked goods, guests can also enjoy small bites to feed their appetites, such as the Benedict on Sourdough Tartine, Dutch Baby, and a new signature Rise Burger, and a huge list of drinks to wash it all down.
