Moxy Niseko Village, Japan: New Budget-Friendly Ski-In Ski-Out Stay For Families

Bunk Bed Lofts, Slope Access And Prices That Won’t Sting

Updated: October 21, 2026

Moxy Niseko Village opened in September 2026 right beside the Niseko Village Gondola, and it’s one of the most affordable ski-in ski-out bases in the village. Rooms sleep up to four, with loft bunks the kids will fight over.

You check in at the bar, the kids claim the bunks and you’re on the gondola in minutes. It’s a Marriott hotel, so Marriott Bonvoy members (free to join) get member rates and earn points. Niseko Village Kids Club is nearby, and three casual cafes and bars mean nobody dresses up for dinner.

  • Casual Food On Site: Three cafes and bars, plus a buffet breakfast (7am-9:30am) from JPY 3,000 for adults, free for kids five and under.
  • Après For Tired Legs: An outdoor foot onsen, plus a Lounge and Library for slower evenings.

Little Steps Insider Tips:

  • Pack Soft Bags: Rooms are compact (about 18 sqm), so bring soft duffels that squash into corners instead of hard suitcases.
  • Use The Ski Storage: Skis and boots go in the hotel’s ski storage, which keeps wet gear out of the room.
  • Book Kids Club Early: Niseko Village Kids Club caps at 20 kids a day, so book the moment your dates are locked.
  • Sort Your Transfer: Moxy has no airport shuttle, so book the Niseko Direct Shuttle or a private transfer with child seats when you book the room.
