Looking for something fun and active to play with the kids this school holidays? Amazing Castle is an arcade hall with a twist as it tests both the mind and the body! From shooting hoops to see-saw controlled space invaders, there are a total of 9 games, each taking approximately 2 to 3 minutes to play.
The games explained:
Goons: The Goons is a test of hand-eye coordination. Touch the areas on the goons as they light up and try not to miss any as the lights speed up.
Goblins: Throw a ball to hit the goblins on a wheel. To add to the difficulty the board rotates!
Basketball: Answer as many multiple-choice quiz questions as possible by shooting the basketball into the correct hoop. A fun twist on shooting hoops!
Dragon Tower: a cage with a fiery red dragon and a floor that spins, makes this a favorite with kids. Run and touch the points around the cage as they light up.
Scream: Pop your head in the mouth and scream as loud as possible!
7th Heaven: Based in a ball pit, touch various points around the ball pit as they light up. There are ropes to help you get from side to side, but this is one exhausting game!
Burning Surfer: A twist on the classic space invaders game. The mission is to shoot the monsters, but there is no hand controller, the position of the gun is controlled by moving a giant see-saw with your feet.
Freeze: On a large tiled floor, tiles light up different patterns. This is a game of memory. The aim is to jump onto all of the tiles which were lit up, which gets increasingly more difficult as the game progresses.
Magic Pyramid: A tricky game of hand-eye coordination that needs to be timed just right. One row of lights needs to align with the other, before pressing the button.
Tip: write down the score after each station and see if you can make it to the overall leader board!
The games are both physically and mentally challenging to play.
The whole family! Games are designed to be played with 2 to 3 players at a time. It is also best suited for those over 7, as younger children may find some of the gameplay challenging.
