Singapore’s pizza scene is about to get a major upgrade! On May 17, 2025, globally acclaimed pizzaiolo Vincenzo Capuano will open his first Asian outpost at Robertson Quay, bringing his signature contemporary Neapolitan pizzas to the Lion City. With over 30 successful pizzerias across Europe and the Middle East, Capuano is renowned for his innovative approach to traditional pizza-making.
Capuano’s pizzas are crafted using a special “Nuvola Super” flour, resulting in a light, airy crust with a pronounced edge. The menu features a range of options, from classic Margherita to inventive creations like the “Abbraccio e Mamma,” which boasts a ricotta-stuffed crust topped with meatballs, padano cheese, and buffalo mozzarella. Another standout is the “Tetti Illuminati,” combining mountain fior di latte, thinly sliced mortadella, crushed pistachios, and pecorino romano shavings.
Capuano’s dedication to quality and tradition has earned his brand the 12th spot on the 50 Top World Artisan Pizza Chains 2024. His Singapore pizzeria promises the same commitment to excellence, offering diners an authentic taste of Naples in a contemporary setting.
